Oceans Eleven
Oceans Eleven is one of my favorite movies. I decided to choose this Roger Ebert blog to hear another opinion, and maybe get in on the details of the movie I've missed. For the most part, Ebert and I have the same likes and dislikes on this movie. He states that the dialogue is prestige, which is one of my favorite things about this movie. Also, he believes the set up is a little unrealistic, which is where the movie has always confused me. In this movie, they don't show you how they received the money to make an exact replica of the room they plan to rob. As Roger Ebert said, I also wondered how they got the time and money to be able to build that. But, with everything going on, and the dialogue being played out so well, I didn't worry too much about the scenes I wish were added. He kind of mentions that the acting in this movie is great, but I would have mentioned they chose the perfect actors for this movie. They did an amazing job at their rolls, I don't know anyone who could have replaced any. I believe he should have mentioned that they left it leading to a next movie, Oceans Twelve. For people that haven't seen it would want to know this information to see the rest of the sequels! For the most part, He did an excellent job at reading my mind on how this amazing movie was played out.
